About us
We are students of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the Warsaw University
What we have done
Our objective was to implement the Java Message Servie for the Java2 Micro Edition platform.
JMS is a MOM (for Message Oriented Middleware) API for asynchronous communication in the J2EE platform.

Java2 Micro Edition is Java platform for portable devices such as mobiles, palmtops, Japanise watches, chip cards, etc.

How it works
J2ME and MIDP give a bunch of restrictions for avaliable resources. Thus we provide the whole system as a cooperation of the:
- library , working on J2ME, containing a subsed of the functionality specified in JMS interface.
- proxy serwer , working on a J2EE and communicating with the JMS provider.
- an instant-messaging application (IM) , a sample application to demonstrate the system's highlights.
